Nice house. Wonder what the added cost of the extension would be on top of £1.25m? Lots of stuff that i would change too........dont like home gyms, bars and games and cinema rooms, personally!! Swinley Forest Golf Club up the road too........one of the best i have ever played (including Wentworth, Sunningdale and Royal Berkshire clubs).

I Live in Warwickshire and it is hardly ever sunny so well done getting a nice day, it rains all the time so all this outside space is useless
